Fans brand I’m A Celebrity a fix after too much Scarlett Moffatt airtime
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! viewers have accused the show of fixing Scarlett Moffatt to win after giving her too much on screen time.
Fans of the show have claimed the Gogglebox star is being given an unfair amount of airtime and that ITV producers are playing up to the fact that she is favourite to win with the bookies.
Twitter users vocalised their complaints, accusing the show of “favouritism” and “trying to influence the votes”:
Scarlett gets too much airtime #imaceleb

Now,I like Scarlett, she is a nice girl. BUT, I wish that the others would get more airtime. Stop trying to influence the votes! #ImACeleb

Scarlett is a professional tele watcher was knows what to say, when to say things. ITV doing there best to make her win #imaceleb

As much as I love @imacelebrity it’s getting really annoying that 90% of the airtime is filled with Scarlett, bit of favouritism going on?

Even Ola Jordan’s husband James suggested Scarlett might have scripted lines. He posted on Twitter: “I do like Scarlett but it’s almost like she’s been scripted.
“She knows exactly what to say to get people on her side. Is it real?”

When Scarlett got upset because of an argument between Danny Baker and Martin Roberts, James tweeted: “That wasn’t an argument.
“Scarlett maybe slightly over-reacting or playing the game?”
That wasn’t an argument 😂

However, Scarlett seems to be a hit with the majority of viewers at home, especially after last night’s episode in which she revealed she paid off her mum and dad’s mortgage and now plans to buy them a caravan.
The fact Scarlett wants to buy her mam and dad a caravan makes me like the girl 10 times more

Genuinely love Scarlett- her goal is to buy her parents a caravan… so down to earth and there’s no greed there for a mansion or fancy car
